SEBI Clears Final Guidelines For REITs and InvITs.

If you want to Invest in Realty and Infra Sectors to get good returns but dont have huge capital to buy assets like Flats and Plots as an investment purpose,then we have a good news for you,Yes, finaly Market regulator The Securities and Exchange Board of India(SEBI) has cleared final Guidelines for creation and listing of  Real Estate Investment Trusts(REITs) and Infrastructure Investment Trusts(InvITs) for these two key sectors.

Investors can invest in REITs as low as Rs 2 lakh and can earn income from completed real estate projects. REITs invest in completed projects like Hotels,Flats,Shoppingmalls,Office buildings and Ware houses which will provide regular income to investors from rentals recieved from such projects.
The Units of these Business trusts (REITs and InvITs) can be traded on the Stock Exchange like other Equity Shares.
